A postal address is still missing
German law (§5 DDG) requires an imprint to give a postal address at which the operator can actually be reached, and Fragroom does not publish one yet. Until it does, this page does not meet that requirement.
Until then, email reaches a real person and is answered.
Dispute resolution
We are not obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, and we do not intend to.
Content from other people
Fragroom hosts what its members post. We do not check every post before it appears and we are not responsible for it under §§ 7–10 DDG. When we are told about something unlawful we remove it promptly. To report something, write to the address above.
